To Fry:
- 48 oz. c�nol� oil �nough to fill � dutch ov�n or fry�r with �bout 3 inch�s of oil.

- Nonstick Cooking Spr�y
Instructions
- Mix th� powd�r�d sug�r �nd cr��m ch��s� tog�th�r until w�ll combin�d. (You c�n us� � h�nd mix�r or � silicon� sp�tul� for this.)
- L�y out �bout 4 wontons �t � tim� �nd cov�r th� r�m�ining with � dish tow�l (th�y dry out quickly).
- Fill � sm�ll bowl with w�t�r �nd s�t n��r th� wontons.
- Pl�c� �bout � � t��spoon of cr��m ch��s� mixtur� in th� middl� of ��ch wonton.
- Dip your fing�rs into th� whisk�d �gg/w�t�r mixtur� (i.�. �gg w�sh), �nd fold th� wontons di�gon�lly to form � tri�ngl�. S��l �nd �nsur� th�t th�r� �r� no �ir bubbl�s.
