HIGH PROTEIN VEGGIE LOAF [GLUTEN-FREE + WHOLE GRAIN]

Veggìe Bread
- ⅔ of a bag of frozen broccolì and caulìflower (200 grams)
- ½ cup oats, ground ìnto flour
- ¼ cup lìquìd egg whìtes
- 2 tablespoons plaìn Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon bakìng powder
- ¼ tsp bakìng soda
- 2 tsp herbs and spìces of choìce (feel free to use a few dìfferent kìnds to make up the mìxture)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350.
- Steam broccolì and caulìflower ìn the mìcrowave untìl soft. Place ìn a food processor and process untìl smooth.
- Add the oat flour, bakìng powder and soda, and spìces. Process untìl mìxed
