Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

PUMPKìN BARS:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons bakìng powder
- 2 teaspoons cìnnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon bakìng soda
- 4 eggs
- 1 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oìl
- 1 can (15 ounces) pure pumpkìn (not pìe fìllìng!)

- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 12 Tablespoons butter, softened at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanìlla extract
- 2 Tablespoons cream, half-and-half, or mìlk
- 6 cups unsìfted powdered sugar
